In the Autoalex compound, Alex, Taylor, and Rory stood huddled together, watching as gentle snowflakes drifted down, coating the beloved collection of cars. Nigel the Porsche sat stoically next to Phil the MX-5, while Vanny D, the yellow Ferrari 360, and the unmistakable Betty, a well-worn VW campervan, seemed almost festive beneath their frosted blankets. The red E30 touring, Nigel, gleamed faintly under the soft winter light, and Big Pete, the ever-trusty and reliable Discovery 3, looked more like a snow beast than a vehicle. Despite their scruffy appearances, each car held its own story, watched by the fans of the Autoalex YouTube channel. The compound, usually filled with the sounds of engines revving, tools clattering and Taylor fannying, was now peaceful, transformed by the snowfall and the glow of nearby Christmas lights.
But as the three stood in quiet admiration, a sudden sound broke the calm – the unmistakable growl of an engine roaring to life. Rory’s engine swapped E28, the one no one had touched in weeks, its engine cold and dead, suddenly revved loudly, headlights flicking on, cutting through the snowy haze. Alex and Taylor exchanged wide-eyed glances with Rory, their breaths caught in the chilly air. "That’s impossible," Rory muttered, stepping forward cautiously, but before anyone could react further, the car’s door creaked open slowly. As if responding to an unseen hand, the E28 rumbled forward a few feet, then stopped. The three stood frozen in place, half in awe, half in disbelief. "Merry Christmas," Alex whispered, half-jokingly, as they all stared at the car, unsure if it was a holiday miracle or something far stranger.
